Near Paradise UT. Trail has a decent incline and ends with a decent size cave/arch. Bring lunch and enjoy the view.

We had a nice family reunion in Paradise UT, and took all of those interested on an early morning hike. The trail is easy to follow, not too steep even though it is up hill the entire way to the cave, and has partial shade. Make sure to keep your eye looking toward the top as there are one or two places where you can see the wind cave from below.
